First time coming here, and it was such a great experience from the phone call to schedule the appt, to the greeting at the door, to the hygienist Helen who is multilingual and spoke my mother’s language, to Dr. Gupta sharing so much about my teeth and its history in a matter of minutes. Great place, great group of folks. So glad to have found this gem.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Guptaand their entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The office is modern, clean, and very well-organized. Dr. Gupta was incredibly thorough in explaining everything and made sure I understood my treatment options without any pressure. The procedure itself was smooth, efficient, and completely pain-free. They clearly care about their patients and take the time to make the experience as stress-free as possible.

Dr Gupta and his team are wonderful. I went for a cleaning and the whole team was kind, efficient, thoughtful, and made feel heard. As someone who has had some bad dental experiences, I highly recommend Dr Gupta.

Great service, on time and the staff was friendly and focused 100% on my care. They were prepared, efficient, kept me informed all along the way and made sure I fully understood my options and costs. It could not have been better. This is my dentistry home now.

I usually dislike going to the dentist, but my experience today was surprisingly positive. The dentist was very kind and attentive, and the staff made the whole visit much more comfortable and less stressful. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really helped ease my nerves. Dr Gupta is the best dentist I have ever had. He is always so warm , friendly and considerate. Some of his hygienist is not the best but every time after talking to Dr Gupta I feel so much better and confident about my teeth. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I've been a patient here for a few years now. Dr. Gupta is a class act as are his staff and hygienists. They are always friendly and thoughtful with their care and service. Most importantly, he is upfront and explains what he recommends and why, which is incredibly helpful when deciding about dental care. If you are looking for your next, and last, dentist, Dr. Gupta and Oakland Smile is who you want to go to and where you want to be.

The dental team were so polite and responsive. I was impressed with Dr Gupta's listening skills. He made the time to sit with me and folded my preferences into developing a comprehensive plan of care. He also was authentically honest about potential interventions that would not necessarily add value. Helen the dental hygienist was amazing. Thank you to the team!
